Media Advisory: Upcoming Town Halls

Barrhead AB: Peace River – Westlock Member of Parliament Arnold Viersen, announced two upcoming town halls that the public and media are welcome to participate in.

• April 27 – A Conversation with Andrew Scheer
  On Tuesday, April 27th at 7:00 pm MT, MP Viersen will be joined by Andrew Scheer to talk about his time and experience as leader and his current responsibilities.

  May 6 – Rural Broadband
• On Thursday, May 6th at 6:00 pm MT, MP Viersen will be joined by Dane Lloyd, Conservative Shadow Minister for Rural Economic Development, to discuss Rural Broadband. With a large riding, these virtual townhalls allow for constituents from anywhere in the riding to join and participate during the Q&A time. To date, MP Viersen has held six town halls on a variety of topics such as firearms, equalization, and China. Previous town halls can be viewed here.

MP Viersen will be available prior to and following the town halls for interviews on these topics as well as any other topics.
